Update to the IdoBooking Terms and Conditions effective April 1, 2026

According to the rules set out in the Agreement and the current Terms and Conditions, we hereby inform you in advance about changes to the IdoBooking Terms and Conditions, which will enter into force on April 1, 2026.

Scope of changes

CSC Panel update – new balance presentation:

As of April 2026, we are introducing changes to the way the balance is displayed in the BOK Panel in order to increase billing transparency. Instead of one combined balance (charges and payments), clients will see two separate indicators: Settlement Balance and Current Charges.

• Settlement Balance: the total of unpaid invoices and payments. A negative balance indicates an amount due, while a positive balance indicates an overpayment.
• Current Charges: charges for services from the current month. This value will be included in the next invoice and, once the invoice is issued, the current charges value will reset to zero.
