New in IdoBooking: free custom subdomain and easier domain management
We’ve introduced new domain management options in IdoBooking. From now on, you can add your own free website address in the idobooking.com domain for your property and use a more professional, easy-to-remember address for your Guests. The new address works simultaneously for your website, Booking Engine, and IdoBooking admin panel. This allows you to use one simple and consistent address both for property management and for presenting your offer and accepting online bookings.

Instead of using a technical address, you can use for example:
- yourproperty.idobooking.com
- seaside-apartments.idobooking.com
- villa-sunset.idobooking.com
It’s a simple way to: increase brand recognition, provide Guests with an easier booking address, organize communication and links, and launch your own address at no additional cost.
What’s new?
With the new domain management module, you can:
- add a free subdomain in the IdoBooking domain,
- connect your own domain,
- manage multiple domains from one place,
- set a main domain for your Website and Booking Engine,
- activate a free SSL certificate.
How does the free subdomain work?
The process of adding a subdomain is very simple:
- Choose your subdomain name in the panel.
- The request is sent for verification.
- After approval by Support, the subdomain becomes active.
- If you do not have your own domain, the subdomain automatically becomes the main address of your property.
The activation process usually takes up to approximately 2 hours after Support approval.
One address for your website, bookings, and panel
The active subdomain works simultaneously for:
- your Website,
- the Booking Engine,
- the IdoBooking admin panel.
This allows you to use one simple and easy-to-remember address for yourself, your staff, and your Guests.

The new domain management options are available in the panel:
Website → Configuration → Website address
