Discover the new IdoBooking experience!

We have launched a major update of the IdoBooking Administration Panel — a system for managing reservations and the daily operations of accommodation properties. We started with the key modules — the ones users work in every day: the reservation calendar, reservation lists, tasks, and navigation. The new version is not just a visual refresh. Above all, it means faster workflows, shorter operational paths, and better alignment with different user roles — from owners of a few apartments to operators managing large property portfolios. This is the first stage of a broader redesign aimed at streamlining work within the panel and preparing the system for upcoming features.

What’s new in the Multi-Calendar?

  • No limits on the number of displayed properties (for Operators managing over 100 accommodation units)
  • Free date scrolling without fixed ranges
  • Faster reservation creation on mobile (select “from–to” dates)

How to activate the new Calendar?

  1. After navigating to the Calendar, click the “New calendar view” button
  2. Go to View settings (gear icon) to customize it to your needs

You can switch back to the previous version at any time. Simply click the account icon in the top bar and select the “Return to previous version” option.

New interface and new technology

The new IdoBooking version is not limited to visual changes. At the same time, we rebuilt the system’s technological layer.
As a result:

  • we can implement new features faster
  • we can develop additional modules more easily
  • we can respond more efficiently to market and user needs
  • we can shorten the time from idea to deployment

This creates a solid foundation for further improvements that we will gradually introduce in the coming months.

What changes are coming next?

In the near future, the new panel version will include:

  • price and restriction editing directly within the calendar
  • drag & drop functionality to quickly move reservations between rooms
  • extended customer account editing options
  • improved navigation in unassigned tasks and expanded information available in the global Tasks tab

The new views and mechanisms will continue to be refined — based on both our internal testing and your input.
